The operation of the micro hydraulic excavator and the following matters are as follows:

1) Before starting the excavator, check the environmental safety situation, clean up the obstacles on the road, and leave the excavator unrelated, and then lift the bucket.

2) After the preparatory work is completed, the driver should first press the horn and then operate the excavator to start.

3) Check the direction of the track frame before the walking rod is operated, and try to get the excavator to walk forward. If the drive wheel is in front, the travel bar should be operated backwards.

4) If the excavator starts in the low speed range, the engine speed will suddenly increase, so the driver should carefully manipulate the bacillus.

5) When reversing the excavator, pay attention to the space behind the car, pay attention to the blind area behind the excavator, and if necessary, please direct the person to assist.

6) Hydraulic excavator walking speed - high speed or low speed can be selected by the driver. When the selector switch is in the “0” position, the excavator will travel at low speed and high torque; when the selection starts at the “1” position, the excavator travel speed will automatically increase or decrease according to the hydraulic walking circuit working pressure. For example, an excavator can travel at a high speed on a flat surface or a low speed when walking uphill. If the engine speed control panel is set below the engine speed (about 1400r/min), the excavator will walk at a low speed even if the selector switch is in the "1" position.

7) The excavator should walk as far as possible on the ground and avoid the upper turntable to place or manipulate its own rotation.

8) When the excavator is walking on the bad ground, the rock should be prevented from colliding with the travel motor and the crawler frame. Mud sand and gravel enter the track venue to affect the normal life of the excavator and the life of the crawler.

9) When the excavator is walking on the slope, ensure the direction of the track and the ground conditions, so that the excavator can travel as straight as possible; keep the bucket 20-30cm away from the ground. If the excavator is slippery or unstable, immediately lower the bucket; when the engine When turning off the ramp, lower the bucket to the ground, center the lever, and restart the engine.

10) Try to avoid the wading of the excavator. When wading, you must first check the underwater ground conditions, and the water surface should not exceed the upper edge of the roller.
